MANIPURA

Solar Plexus Chakra

It is characterized by energy and emotions like ego, anger and aggression. An imbalance of Manipura Chakra can manifest itself physically by digestive problems, liver problems or diabetes. Emotionally, one might struggle with depression, lack of self-esteem, anger and perfectionism. By bringing the chakra into balance one might feel energetic, confident, productive and focussed.

The attributes of Sacral Chakra are the basic needs for sexuality, desires, creativity and self-worth. When imbalanced, a person might feel emotionally explosive and irritable, lacking of energy and creativity, manipulative or obsessed with sexual thoughts. When Swadhishthana Chakra is balanced, a person might feel positive, vital, satisfied, compassionate, and intuitive.

VISHUDDA

Third Eye Chakra

When Ajna Chakra is balanced, one is his own master without fear of death and free of attachment to material things.

She is a dedicated yoga teacher and loves her lifestyle being uncluttered, healthy and full of joy. Patricia is the founder of Yogia-Mindful Living and was introduced to yoga at the age of seventeen and immediatly loved the feeling of strength, flexibilitry, confidence and openess. After many years of being a student she decided on a 544 hour teacher training course with a well known German yoga school. Her education was very thorough covering all aspects of yoga as well as pre/post natal yoga, therapeutic yoga, kids yoga and much more.

Being a well travelled person, Patricia developed her unique style of yoga staying with the tradition of hatha yoga.

She brings humor, support and a non-judgemental attitude to her sessions, making her students feel special. Either in a private yoga session or in a group session.

With a lot of valuable experience from running her own studio in Germany and then practising in Dubai, Patricia dives deep into the world of yoga taking her students along.

Patricia believes in taking the stress out of "everyday life" by doing yoga and adopting an easy and accomodating lifestyle tailored exactly to the need of her client.
