Before taking an asana (yoga posture), we ask ourselves, “Will this help the injury, make it worse or not?” No pressure, just support. Let your body guide you. We start very slowly, consciously and carefully we grope our way. The deep yoga breathing helps us on the way. Meditation balances our mental state. Very gently we try to dissolve the relieving posture.
Energy begins to flow, self-healing powers are stimulated and peace begins to return.

You can choose between Mixed Group Courses or Courses only for men/women.
Hatha Yoga Slow uses the practice of the normal course, but in a easier and slower way.
It is appropriate especially for injured and older people.
We will keep an eye on your injuries and problems during the course.

Power Yoga combines the practice of the normal course with fitness. This form of yoga involves aerobic exercises and constant strenuous movement.
We will ignite our internal heat and keep it rolling. Preferably with a smile.
